One of the foremost orchid experts. This splendid book, almost a paragon of what an orchid book should be. The photography, representing the best fro the vast photo collecion of the American Orchid Society, etc. Captioning is accurate 7 clear. Sheehan has spent his career educating horticulturists & it shows in this book. History, morphology, classification, & variability are presented with exceptional clarity.
