A ghost story AND an old-school amusement park? Yes, please. It wasn't the scariest thing King has written but it was a cool concept. More of a whodunit with just a little horror. Fun, easy summer reading. ( )

Solo, cuoricini come divisori? Seriamente? ( )

I very much enjoyed this book, although it's only a touch of "traditional" King, like Buick 8 or something, but it draws you in the whole way. Love the "Hard Case Crime" covers. ( )

Not bad. Good story but not my favorite. I'm glad he kept it simple and short. Sometimes he has a tendency to drag things out. ( )

I had a car, but on most days in that fall of 1973 I walked to Joyland from Mrs. Shoplaw's Beachside Accommodations in the town of Heaven's Bay.
