All the animals in the zoo have coughs and colds so Mister Muster calls the doctor. The doctor tells the zookeeper that the animals are suffering from sitting in their cramped cages for too long and need a day of exercise fresh air at the beach.

So Mister Muster hires a bus and takes all the animals to the seashore. But when it’s time to go home, the animals see sparkling lights and hear music. They all rush over to the amusement park and Mister Muster cannot get them off the roller coaster . . . or the Ferris wheel . . . or the parachute jump.

What will Mister Muster do? How will he get the animals back to the zoo?

This Reader’s Digest Services paperback is sure to delight young readers with its fanciful story of zoo animals playing at the beach and enjoying the rides at the amusement park. Charming illustrations accompany the delightfully silly tale that is sure to become a storytime favorite.

The animals in the zoo are sick with a cold so Mister Muster called the doctor and gave them medicine. When they became well again, Mister Muster took them to the beach. When they were done playing at the beach, the animals saw an amusement park and rushed over to ride the rides. To get the animals back on the bus, he put on a mustache and decorated the bus. He tricked the animals, saying it was the most exciting ride in the whole park. The animals believed him and he drove them back to the zoo.
