Great Books For Children & Young Adults About Baseball and WWI

Dear Frank: Babe Ruth, The Red Sox, and the Great War is a great new book by W. Nikola-Lisa. The book is set during WWI and discussing topics during that time including Babe Ruth, and the Red Sox. The book is really a series of letters from one man to his brother and this format keeps readers interested.

I let two of my nephews read the book - one age 10 and one age 15 and they both loved it. I too enjoyed the book and feel that I can recommend this book to a variety of readers.

Highly Recommended!! ( )
