I love these books. They are about 3 adopted brothers, all with troubled pasts who ended up being raised/adopted by Ray and Stella Quinn. They grew up to be successful and happy men who, due to a twist of fate and a promise made to a dying man, are left to raise another lost boy. Nora Roberts has a knack for writing about large, loving families. Although this particular family starts small it grows throughout the series, showing that family can be created and cultivated through love and affection- no genetics required.

I've read a lot of Nora Robert's books, but these are my favorite. I love these brothers and re-read these books about once a year. I usually check out books from the library, but these, I own. ( )
