( ) Up-to-date survey of cosmology, discussing such topics as inflation models, cyclic models, the mystery of dark matter, the possibility of spacetime wormholes, and observations that may hint at the existence of parallel universes. Informally written, but the chapter on the holographic model of dark energy left me mystified. Cheers for keeping mentions of religion to a minimum; jeers for using non-metric units. no reviews | add a review
