Evalle is trying to find some way to protect those she loves and to save others of her race, this means that she may have to work against some people she likes. Evalle has to embrace her destiny, change is coming.

It's interesting but the Taur Medb thing just broke my concentration and broke my suspension of disbelief several times.

It did leave me wating to read the next book in the series.

I remember reading the first book and not sure I'd like this series, but the each book I like more and more. This is my favorite one so far.
