Description
Football player Will Montgomery is not used to being told no, and certainly doesn't take no for an answer. So when he turns his charms on his sister's sexy rocker-chick friend Meg, and is met with open hostility, he's determined to get her into his bed. Megan McBride is not impressed with Will, but she can't deny the overwhelming attraction to the sexy, tattooed athlete. When Will starts breaking down her defenses and grabs hold of her heart, will she be able to admit her feelings for him?Tags

The series is getting better with each new book, but I still think it is lacking something really amazing to make it a great series. In this one we meet Meg, who's a nurse but used to sing when she was in college, and then we have the fabulous Will Montgomery, who's a part of the amazing genes family and a professional football player. Their chemistry is pretty hot and their scens together are one of the sexiest of the series so far. This author does not shy away when she's got to write some pretty hot sex scenes. A bit less predictable than the other and by the end of the book I was feeling it a lot more than when I started it.
After Nate and Juliannes's story, this is my next favourite of the series (including and the 4th book)!!
The story is wonderful..It rotates around both Will and Meg.And we see how their lives are individually..Something we haven't seen in the previous books.
Meg has been through more than the average person should have to endure. And yet she is happy with "her kids",as she calls them..Her work is outstanding.Nurse in a unit with cancer teenager patients? That's so cruel.Yet she goes there with a smile,to make others smile and forget even for a little while the hell they're in..
However, that means "she's in a relationship with her job".She doesn't have a social life and coincidentally she meets Jules again and Will.
Will is our "Football show more Star".He is cocky but he isn't arrogant at all..he considers himself lucky for being at the position he is,but that's not true.He has worked hard to be where he is..Meaning at the top of the game,100million contracts don't go to lucky people..I love the fact that he is overprotective and the glares he gives Meg,when he is either jealous or nervous for her safety..But most of all,I love the fact that he takes care of Megan. He gives her everything because she is everything.Even though she doesn't want it,he will provide it..
Sometimes,we must let people take care of us,even if we're not used to that..Sometimes,it's good to let ourselves just be..Sometimes,it's ok to change our ways for someone.. show less

Will and Megans story is the simplest story of the three so far if you ask me.Any misunderstandings were solved fast and there wasn't so much heartache. The characters were very likeable though I wanted to kick some asses a little. This is a book I would suggest to someone to read without reading the other two.Everything about Play with me is very good at least.
During the book some some ideas about who is going to end up with who formed into my mind and I liked them that way. I would be really disappointed if I won't see them forming.

Another beautiful love story from Kristen Proby. Very sexy, very entertaining. This is Will's story, the hunky pro football player, and Meg sweet pediatric nurse. Further fueled my addiction to this series. Highly recommended read.
Now that is is my 3 book in this series I see a pattern!
The women are all the ones that are afraid to comment and actually fall in love. All the men are over the top romantics and hotter than sin of course lol. I wanted to slap Megan and jump Will's bones. I liked that Meg was a bit on the edge with her funky hair and her rocker chick persona. Meg has things in her past that won't go away or that she has yet to deal with. Will comes to her rescue over and over until she has no other choice to actually face her feelings for him. Lots of hot steamy sex. Fabulous ending and we get to hear about Luke & Nate as well as Nate & Jules. Up next Rock with Me.
Quotes:
"If is wasn't me, I'd be jealous of me."
"Honey, I don't run. If you ever see me show more running, you'd better start running too 'cause that means that something is chasing me."
"When you feel safe enough to say what I know you feel, it will be the best moment of my life."

Loved Will, and I actually wish he would have given Meg more sh!t for saying I love you to Leo when she hasn't spoken to him in three years, but she couldn't say it to poor Will. I think she was right, she didn't deserve him!
