Entertaining and disturbing. This book takes you throughout so many emotions (disgust, hate, greed, ambition, anger, delight) and it does so in a superbly evil way. The collection is well written, very graphic and explores the different classes of terror from the perspectives of human and beast. There are many great twists and turns throughout that keep you turning the pages and wanting more.
This is a great collection and one that deserves reading from not just fans of horror, but those who enjoy taking a peek into what could be, no matter how outrageous. The action and suspense is gripping and entertaining—it will not disappoint. I had trouble putting this gruesome, gripping, and ultimately insightful read down. Trust me, you want this!
If this were a movie, you would never take your eyes off the screen! The story lines were intense, action-packed, disturbing, and completely original and engaging. There is no sense waiting for a page when you'd be willing to put the book down because it's just not going to show up. Every moment is exciting and you'll be amazed at the twists and turns Baloga has given his readers. This is one addition to your library that you will read over and over, just to make sure you didn't miss anything. I highly recommend it!
