I thought that this book was so funny and goofy. I felt that the illustrations were a bit dated but also very humorous. The pictures went along withe the words perfectly, they kept the book very lite and interesting. Another reason why I enjoyed this book was because of the writing. I thought that the rhyming words and goofy story was something refreshing. Many children's books have become entangled with such detailed and complex plots. It was refreshing toes a story that was just meant to make the reader smile, not teach them a hard life lesson. A cute story about a boy who is sitting down with his family to eat a dinner of spaghetti and meatballs. The boy sneezes and his meatball goes flying out the door and rolls into the garden. The meatball grows into a tree that bares meatballs and jars of tomato sauce. This is an entertaining book for children which could be used as a read aloud, as the children can sing along with the books words. The words are in the form of sheet music. *To be used in B-K setting, with sing along and read aloud. no reviews | add a review
