This book was about a mouse, at first it was sad, then it had an idea. It turned a blank page into a heart and then made it into a little house. Another mouse joined and they were in a little house with a heart on the roof.
I found this book so cute because it first started out with one mouse then there was two mice in love in the house one of them built.
This would be a good book to do in February in the theme of Valentine's day but still incorporating academics. Students could write their own story based on the pictures and really get creative with adding details and descriptions.
