Description
The competition was to 'reflect the changing face of Raven Hill today' and the prize was a swag of valuable art supplies. Tom thought he had a good chance of winning and so did the rest of the Teen Power gang. But gradually they realise that the series of accidents that happen to Tom are not real accidents; someone is trying to sabotage his chances.
