In ‘The Seduction of Miss Amelia Bell’ (book one of this series and my review of it here), is where these two first meet, but you don’t need to read that book to understand their story in this novella.
Be warned though that this is not a full novel but a short novella. That said, I loved it as it was and think it accomplished all the criteria for telling a full and rich love story which was sweet and held my interest from start to finish.
Paula Quinn is a master at storytelling and I love the way she takes me into the Scotland of long ago and introduces me to these intriguing and voluptuous characters that are ... thanks for jumping to b2b to finish reading my review ...

These are always such a good romp. Paula Quinn reminds me of Julie Anne Long...incredibly talented historical fiction writers.
