Een non-fictie boek met allerlei inzichten vanuit de psychologie "voor een opgeruimd hoofd en leven, met gerichte aandacht op wat je doet". Ik heb lang over dit boek gedaan, omdat ik steeds korte stukken las. Ik kwam daardoor niet bepaald in een flow, een gevoel dat ik graag vaker zou ervaren en dat ook wordt behandeld in dit boek. Net toen ik bedacht dat ik wederom veel nieuwe kennis/theorieën/tips had opgedaan en dat het altijd zo lastig is om er in de praktijk écht iets mee te gaan doen, zag ik dat de schrijver in het laatste deel van het boek schrijft over het daadwerkelijk veranderen van gedrag. En zoals hij zelf ook aangeeft, hoef je echt niet álles toe te gaan passen, maar kun je kiezen wat voor jou werkt. Zo heb je zelf in de show more hand in hoeverre dit een 'levensveranderend' boek voor je is ;-). show less
