Edge of Danger is a very good suspense thriller with some romance in the mix. The story is definitely plot driven, with fairly flat characters and somewhat cheesy dialogue. However the clues build, developing a pleasing military mystery that leads to a satisfactory conclusion. The main characters are underdeveloped and their romance seems superficial, but there is a lot of action and a fulfilling puzzle. Overall, Edge of Danger is an average romantic suspense, leaning more toward suspense. ( )
