When undercover DEA agent, Tucker Pankov and his team are targeted and their boss is killed by a stolen military drone, Tucker resorts to kidnapping NSA analyst, Karen Stafford to gain her help. Tucker doesn't know who to trust, but he knows Karen and her work, making her the best hope of clearing their names and finding out who killed their boss and why. At first, Karen doesn't believe in Tucker's innocence, but as they spend more time together, she realizes that Tucker is very special.

Edge of Danger is a very good suspense thriller with some romance in the mix. The story is definitely plot driven, with fairly flat characters and somewhat cheesy dialogue. However the clues build, developing a pleasing military mystery that leads to a satisfactory conclusion. The main characters are underdeveloped and their romance seems superficial, but there is a lot of action and a fulfilling puzzle. Overall, Edge of Danger is an average romantic suspense, leaning more toward suspense. ( )
