A good, but dated, introduction to gliding through the air in un-powered planes. Shows different sorts of gliders, how they are used, and generally nice introduction to the sport with a British overview. I've never used a glider, and probably never will, but this is an enjoyable book about the hobby, and fun to leaf through. (
