In the Battleworld zone of 1872, Sheriff Steve Rogers faces corruption and fear in the boom town of Timely. Can Anthony Stark pull Rogers' fat from the fire? Probably not, since the only thing he seems capable of pulling is a cork from a bottle. Things in Timely are bad, and getting worse - and when a stranger arrives in town, Timely will be changed forever. For anyone left standing when the dust clears, that is. It's a Dead Man's Hand composed of Bullseye, Elektra, Grizzly, Doc Ock and ringleader Wilson Fisk. But what concoction is the timid Dr. Banner cooking up in his apothecary? Will Justice stand tall at high noon, or die in the street? Plus: classic appearances of Will Talltrees, the Marvel Universe's modern Red Wolf!.… (more)

I already didn't read this because I don't like Westerns, but I loved it. It was an easy and quick read and I loved Sheriff Steve Rogers.

This is a Secret Wars tie-in. You don't need to read it for the event. This is a story that some will like and some won't. It's a western theme and has some cool fight.

This Graphic Novel also included some other old comics. I love reading older comics that are included in some of these books. It's interesting how they used to be drawn. It shows it's age of when it was made, especially with the dialogue.

Overall, I am pleased with this 1872 and found it fun to read. ( )
