No one is safe from Big Bad Bunny. First he steals from Little Chick, Little Squirrel, and Little Goat. Then, it's off to the bank to get some money But Big Bad Bunny is no match for Wise Old Bunny, who runs the bank. And when Big Bad Bunny finds himself in over his head (literally), he has a change of heart and turns into Very Good Bunny. Set against the backdrop of the Old West-brought to life with bright, bold illustrations-this hilarious tale of a bunny gone bad (and then good again) is great for reading aloud.… (more)

This book found itself from the clearance shelves of the second-hand bookstore to wining our children's hearts. The colorful pages, the simple story line of, "Big Bad Bunny wants to get some money..." was easy to memorize and fun to recite. It became a contest and household achievement to be able to recite it from memory in its entirety. Not a small feat for children who all dealt with language delays.

As far as I know it is now out of print but still sits on our bookshelf in a place of honor many years later.

I would use this for K-2nd.This about a bad bunny who wants to take everyones money. No one has any money so he takes what they have. At the end he realizes he wants to be a good bunny and be friends with everyone. Can show students to be kind to one another.
