All he is interested in is his career, and his partner. She is willing to look past that because she wants to be normal, until he walks into her life. They start out as friends, someone to talk to, just hanging out, and then the feelings start getting real. I could not put this book down until I finished; I stayed up very late, and then woke up in the middle of the night to finish because I could not sleep thinking about it. I had to know what happened next. The characters were all engaging, developed and full of life. The story was suspenseful, edge of seat, nail-biting perfection. I was not expecting tears from this book, but they were there as well, man the emotions were flowing. There are times when I wish the rating scale went past 5 stars, this is one of them. ROYAL SAVAGE I CAN'T CLOSE MY EYES... I refuse to. Every time I do, all I see is blood, death, and pain. I can feel it - almost taste it, bringing me back to that night. THE DARKNESS IN them draws me to him, making me want to taste him, feel him... and save him. I shouldn't have gotten on the back of his motorcycle that day. I know that now. Colton warned me. I was told it was dangerous. I was told that nothing would be the same. He was right. ROYAL is dangerous, dark, and seductive; the very thing that keeps me hanging on, willing to give my last breath just to touch him... breathe him in. He's savage, inked, and highly captivating. So different from his brother... He's hazardous to my health, mind, and body, yet the only thing that I crave. I want to free him.
