Forest’s book contains lots of good information for anyone considering a career in Interior Design. Many times Designers and Decorators are confused. However, the book offers a detailed distinction between the two to clarify any misconceptions. Other useful information included in this book are; sample resumes, cover letters, possible interview questions for those in the Interior Design field. It also has salary information for those interested in knowing how much an interior designer makes. In the first chapter of the book, there demographic facts pertaining to interior design careers. This book is for any person interested in the Interior Design field or those currently in the field. I thought this book was excellent. It gave the facts I wanted to know about Interior Design careers. I personally recommend this book to future interior designers. Readers that would benefit are those in High school, and also those in College. In my opinion, I believe this book would be a tough read for middle schoolers. I conducted a readability test, and the results came out with this book being meant mainly for 12th graders.
