In this third installment of Moorcock's damned character, we find Elric moving even further from empathy and falling deeper into the pit of chaos. Broken into three semi sub stories this volume finds Elric making some friends, calling the lords of chaos and conquering Moorcock's multiverse. Elric is even more removed from his kind and his subjects than ever before and the song of Stormbringer becomes stronger, pulling on Elric's soul bit by bit. ( )
