Edward is a peculiar pig. He hates being messy! One day, through no fault of his own, he ends up covered in paint and realizes that being messy is okay. It has its places and it has it’s fun. The story is fun and the illustrations colorful and approachable.

Edward is a very particular pig who likes things to be neat and tidy. But then, through no fault of his own, Edward gets messy! And realizes it's okay - and often more fun. After all, he can always clean up afterward.

At first Edward holds himself apart from experiences like jumping in leaf piles, eating spaghetti and meatballs, doing science experiments, and playing baseball. But once a whole paint shelf falls on him, he makes the best of things. A great message for kids and parents alike: have fun, everything is washable!

I'm terrible at reviewing children's books, but I'll try to come up with a few good words for this one because I enjoyed it so much.

It has everything you'd expect in a cute picture book: Edward, a pig who doesn't like getting messy. incredible illustrations with vibrant colors, and a message for the young readers (and adults). It's ok to enjoy yourself and get messy every now and then. ( )
