Chaos Bound is the story of Holt "T-Rex" Savage and Naiya Kelly. Holt saved the life of Evie by offering himself in trade to the Black Jacks in Sinner's Steel, but after trying to save him, the Sinner's were led to believe that he was dead. Three months of enduring torture by Viper, the leader of the Black Jacks, left Holt physically beaten and mentally bitter with a desire for revenge against the Black Jacks and the Sinners. When Naiya is thrown into the Dungeon with Holt, he finds a means of not only escape, but possibly a way to lure Viper into a trap and kill him.
Naiya was taken from her mother's funeral by Viper who claimed her at 15 when he raped and branded her. Even though she had struck out on her own, Viper was still obsessed with having her as his own. When she helps Holt escape the Dungeon, she begins to hope that she might get away from Viper permanently.
This was a different kind of MC story because most of it took place away from the MCs and instead followed Holt and Naiya as they both struggled to find a new reality for themselves. I especially liked the connection in the story between friends, Holt and Tank, who had depended on each other as more than just MC brothers. A nice story that probably brought an end to the Sinner's Tribe MC series. ( )

Good read, minor editing issues. Holt has been tortured and abused for three months in a rival MC's dungeon. Naiya escaped Viper's clutches once but he kidnaps her from her mothers funeral to claim her again. After she is thrown in Holt's cell she helps him escape. She grounds him and he helps her start living life again.

Okay, with that out of the way…

Holt and Naiya have reason to hate the Viper, President of the Black Jack’s Motorcycle Club. Holt has survived three months of brutal torture by Viper and Naiya experienced her own hell at his hands when she was fifteen. Meeting in Viper’s dungeon, managing to escape together and then being on the run side by side is an experience neither of them expected and it drew out the best in both of them.

Action, violence, chases, torture, murder, kidnapping, and more were balanced by caring, romance, growth and a type of brotherhood that is incomprehensible to most. I thought Holt and Naiya made a superb couple and thoroughly enjoyed reading their story. I loved the twist at the end and the epilogue was perfect. I am definitely looking forward to more books in this series!

Holt has been tortured day and night for three months now, it would break many a man, when he gets out of here, and he will, he may never be the same again. Naiya has come back to town to bury her mother which is convenient for her mother's former lover who intends to continue his sick games with her. She finds herself incarcerated
with a man chained to the wall, she sets him free and the freedom they achieve is beyond both of them had expected. Holt is consumed with revenge at first but the chemistry between them can't be denied and with Naiya's geeky, open heart, he grabs hold of everything that she offers, love.
I enjoy the comrade and brotherly love in all the stories. And the plot was good and very emotional as their brotherly code was threatened. And the bad guy, wow! he was really nasty.
A very enjoyable read. 5/5. ( )
