I love when you can get lost (figuratively) in a book. However, this book is also an experience in that it enjoys you to interact with what you are reading. Everything from your first roommate to writing your fake (or real) police report for the first illegal thing you did and everything else in between. Readers will have a fun time interacting with this book. Going back and reliving the good, bad, funny, and awkward times. As the book title suggests, you don't have to be an adult. You could still been a kid at heart or just starting out dipping your toes into the "adult" world. The best part is that there is no exam at the end of the book. Please note, this book is not meant to be read in one sitting. Well unless you want to read it in one sitting (your choice). Author, Cristina Vanko even states that you don't have to read the book in order. Jump around from page to page. This book experience is what you make of it. Yet, know that however you read this book, you will be entertained. Adult-ish is the book that everyone needs in their life. So share a copy with friends, students, book clubs, or a stranger. ( )
