I had a really hard time getting into this book and taking it seriously. It was more of a social diary - I went here, it was hot. Person x did this. I met person y - over and over again. Unfortunately, this is not a book I would re-read or recommend. ( ) no reviews | add a review
'Train to Nowhere' is a war memoir seen through the sardonic eyes of Anita Leslie, a funny and vivacious young woman who reports on her experiences with a dry humour, finding the absurd alongside the tragic. No library descriptions found. |
