Each page has a different letter and word of the alphabet and a poem to go a long with it. Each poem also ranges from 4 to 11 line stanzas. This would be a good book for a child to read. They learn new words and those poems could help remind a student of what they are used for. ( )

It is an ABC book. The book has a poem to go along with an object that goes with every letter of the alphabet. The book has things like a garbage can and mirror. The one that I thought was really cute was of the letter y they had you.

I liked how the book would be thing that the kids would see everyday. I read it with a little boy and he would tell me what the object was that went with the letter by looking at the picture. The book had it would make you see all the things that you would see regularly.

In a kindergarten class room you could use the book to read to them and have them tell you the sound that goes with each letter. With a first or second grade class you could read it to the students then have them make there own ABC book with objects that they would like to be for each letter of the alphabet.
