In The Nectar of Pain, Zebian sheds light on the feelings and experiences that emerge from a painful heartbreak. She writes that the process of cleansing oneself of that pain--day by day, hour by hour, and second by second--is the real work of healing. This book is great for those going through a specific kind of romantic breakup... you can definitely feel the emotion and it is very well written... if you’re in a good place in your life it can definitely stir up emotions. Maybe I’ll read more in the future post-breakup... but for now I’m just enjoying it in small doses. ( )
