Hooray! Tarsa, Tobhi and the others are back -- this time aided by the fabulous Ms. Denarra Syrene. It feels strange to be so excited and delighted by a book that chronicles so many terrible things, but it does have its lovely moments (Tobhi and Quill, for example) and is just an exhilarating read from start to finish.
