I agree that each person with diabetes needs to figure out what works for them. You have to write your own book. He does make some good points. Not everything that works for him works for me. Keeping a record of successes and failures is important to do when you have diabetes. This book is great for anyone who struggles with diabetes whether new or old to the puzzling life of diabetics.
