I was more attached to the the self discovery elements in this story more then the romance. I really love the main character and her struggles with school and also her relationship with her mother. I felt the romance plot was a tad predicable but I did enjoy porter as a character. I also really enjoyed the friendship dynamics that were showcased. I liked how the book was focused on college and not high school. It was fun read overall. ( ) I enjoyed this book. Danielle is supposed to be leaving for college in the fall, but when she fails a class, her admission is revoked. As she enrolls in community college, she meets new friends, gets herself into parent drama and a love triangle, and tries to figure out what it is she really wants to do next. Nice beach read for when you’re in the mood for something light! Please excuse typos/name misspellings. Entered on screen reader. no reviews | add a review

Thankfully she has her friendship with Porter, her coworker at the campus bookstore, to push her to experience new things and help keep her afloat. No library descriptions found. |
