Don't let the sparkles on the cover fool you into thinking this is a cutsie book. When big-footed Belinda wins the role of Cinderella over competetive, petite Lola in the Grand Metropolitan Ballet's production, Lola gets MEAN, finally locking poor Belinda in a closet on opening night so she can steal the show. All the pretty fun of the ballet with a little bite -- nice!
It was a good book overall. Very dramatic and full of excitement. The storyline was very similar to the cinderela story that they were performing.
