Miranda is seeking solitude to finish her book. Her friend Abby as loaned her a cabin in the woods to help her find the solitude she is looking for.
Kevin is looking for something that is missing in his life. He is an officer on the police force and lost his partner a little over a year ago. He is wondering if he should be in a different line of work.
When these two meet it is almost like the reader can see the fireworks. They are so turned on by each other. Kevin and Miranda talk about everything and nothing. They each help the other out with the problems they are facing. When these two people come together it is like they have found there other half. They find everything that has been missing in there life.
This book has romance with Kevin and Miranda. However there is some crime and mystery involved with Kevin. This book would make a great beach read.
