Description
A tour de force of inventive wit, Shakespeare's Dog is the eccentric and high-spirited story of William Shakespeare and how he came to bed and wed Anne Hathaway. Told from the point of view of the Bards dog, this astonishing novel of comic bliss, hailed as a triumph of language and an amusing delight.Tags

If you want to learn some Shakespearean-style cussing, this book narrated by Shakespeare's dog, Hooker, offers more than you will ever need. Some of the profanities are delivered with a familiar meter that will have you searching your mind for the original lines that might have been issued originally by the dog's master. Written in Elizabethan English this is ribald, rude and funny: but not for the faint-hearted.
Well. I don't remember the book very well, except that it was written from the point of view of Hooker, the dog. As it hasn't stuck much with me, I'll give it half a star for being Canlit, and pass on.
It is somewhat abut the play writing guy.
