The author has seen first hand how an emphasis on music, and the ultimate move towards rock music in particular, has caused divisions in the church, and turned the emphasis in worship away from the Lord towards themselves. This book is written by a former worship leader who repented of his introducing rock music into the church. He explains the methods he used to infiltrate the choir (no longer a choir but a full-blown rock band) and the clever arguments he used to justify the assault on saint's ears, ending up with questionable lyrics, and an emphasis on entertainment which divided the church. He was convicted about what kind of music really pleases God. Let us all sing and make melody to the Lord, worshipping Him in spirit and in truth. no reviews | add a review

Writing from his own personal experience as a former worship leader, Dan Lucarini questions the use of contemporary music in the worship of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
