A breezy memoir of a career spanning the rapid development of aerospace technology. Heavy on technically detailed anecdotes, light on history (so light that it rarely provides even the year during which events occurred). Frankly, a bit of a disappointment. Still, will be interesting for any focused on the early days of jet aircraft in the U.S. - especially the development of the 707.
