Best for ages 9-12, I think. Another discovery due Alison Lurie and [b:The Oxford Book of Modern Fairy Tales|763479|The Oxford Book of Modern Fairy Tales|Alison Lurie|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1178141770s/763479.jpg|1407198]. I'd have really appreciative how provocative, thought-provoking, the stories are, when I was younger and probably would have given it more stars. *Very* short quick read. ( )
