This is a cute picture book for young children that shows how different babies are carried in the animal kingdom. There is always a reason given for why the baby is carried that way. Good illustrations also. ( )

Does an alligator really carry its young in its mouth? Other than that, a cute bedtime read for preschoolers. ( )

This is a cute take on an obvious theme that is very well done. I don't think I've seen on like it before. A nice number of baby animals, including a lemur, koala, crocdile, and spider, are shown being carried by their mommies in various ways of nature...very educational. This is great for small children, introducing them to animal babies and nature's way of caring for them. It's a job well done. ( )
