This book is penned by a former NFL star who’d read Dickens in the locker room.

The prose isn’t exactly sparkling, but it’s pretty good for a former jock. Lucid, definitely.

Lots of information here; I always wanted to know about the combine, the torments of training camp, and especially the eating habits of interior linemen.

I would LOVE, love to IHOP with Vince Wilfork.
NOT ENOUGH SIZZLE HERE, READS LIKE A PR FOR THE NFL
