I bought this book without realizing the only word in it is Dude. At first I was not sure how to use it, but my Life Skills kids (physical, emotional or developmentally affected kids) loved it! I realized it was a great book to discuss how to read with expression. Each time they say Dude, they mean it in a different way. Platypus and Beaver are surfing, and they meet Shark who they are scared of at first. Then they become friends and it is very funny. (
