Pretty decent for a freebie. The climax of the book was out of sync tone-wise with the rest of the book (which had been mostly light-hearted) though, and I found it a bit off-putting. Otherwise, I probably would have given it a higher rating.
Odelia is an amusing and entertaining character, even if the plots are not incredible. I loved the Hollywood angle in this book as Odelia tries to determine who killed one of her favorite clients and stole an almost priceless TV-related lunch box. A short, sassy, fun read.
I didn't care for this one as much as the first one. The plot, in which Odelia investigates the murder of a client she barely knew, just didn't seem feasible to me. I didn't get drawn into the book and barely skimmed the last half just to get it over with. I'll put it down to sophomore slump, as I am interested in reading the next book in the series and hopefully it'll pick up a bit.
