Not quite as good as the first book. But it was a good conclusion to Quinn and Nick’s story. I really enjoyed these two and enjoyed their love. I like how most of the questions were answered but that there’s still enough mystery to want to go and read the next books. Which actually tell us how we got here. I think that’s where we’ll get the rest of the answers.

Like I said, we got a lot of answers in this book. Which means a lot was going on. Maybe too much sometimes. But it all works out in the end and we get a HEA for our little time traveler and the love of her life. Nick was SO much better than Jeff. In every way. Especially in this book. I think there wasn’t enough of Caroline and Trevor. They were hilarious. I loved them so much.

Time travel stories can go either way. But I think this kept the science/magic/mystique of it all fairly simple, so the mind didn’t boggle too much. ( )

Part 2 of a duet, you must read book 1 first as this follows on from events in that book.
The plot is quite complicated, time travelling paradoxes, changing events changes futures etc.
Good story.
Potential for more with other people who could time travel.
The couple were all about each other, soul mates.
There is ex drama on both sides in different ways.
The heroine has a now ex fiancee who causes issues.
The heroine time travels and sees the Hero at an earlier time in his life, when she wasn't on the scene and he is with another woman.
There are no intimate details of anyone other than the Hero and heroine but the Hero does kiss his current (in the past) girlfriend and the heroine witnesses it from afar.
No cheating, not deliberate anyway cos the Hero isn t with the heroine in the past but is in her timeline, see complicated.

HEA. ( )

I am officially an addict of this author now. This story and the possibilities of future stories has me giddy. This truly is unlike anything I had ever read before. It touched upon the supernatural while still being completely current. It leaves open the possibility that not everything is as it seems and that there is truth to the butterfly effect. I loved the premise that even though Quinn was never supposed to have remembered Nick that their love was so pure and timeless that it couldn't be forgotten.

I could feel, literally feel, in just words what these two characters felt for each other. The words left off the pages. In hindsight, everything made perfect sense. The was a love that was unconditional and written in the stars. The twists and surprises that come up were spellbinding. so many "a-ha" moments. My biggest questions that I still have is how Cecilia plays such a huge part in this story and wanting to know more about Quinn's father and about Sarah.

I will follow this author anywhere now after reading this amazing story. ( )
