There are two different collections called "Passionella and Other Stories":

The original edition, first published in 1959, contained four stories: Passionella, Munro, George's Moon, and Boom! and can be found here: https://www.librarything.com/work/2152...
This is the 2006 Fantagraphics edition, Collected Works Vol. 4, and contains a completely different set of stories, mostly drawn from the 1960s collection Feiffer's Album.
