Saw this on display at the library so I grabbed it - since I've hit a certain time of life I find myself fretting excessively. This is *more* valuable than I need right now, thank goodness. Plenty of quick & easy explanation of the science, and then lots of specific exercises. You might get by with this instead of a therapist!
