Scott Cunningham gives clear, concise information about witchcraft and the Wiccan lifestyle. After reading Wicca for the Solitary Practitioner, I was thrilled to stumble across this book, which is a further study of the topic.

After reading both books I couldn't help but wonder how many people would be much happier if they left behind the patriarchal, political dogma of most organized religions and instead followed an Earth based religion.
This was the book I showed my family when I came out of the broom closet.
Another good book from Scott Cunningham. Though this book was written back in 1988 it still continues to try and brake down the myths and misconnections of Wicca and modern day witchcraft. This book also goes into a nice general detail about Wicca and its practices, beliefs, and philosophies. A good book over all.

When I considered myself Wiccan, I gave this book out quite a few times. It's been a while, but I thought it was a good reference for the "mundanes" in the life of a new convert.
From Keira. Not really my thing.
