Look, this was my first dark romance and by dark, I mean I went from some morally grey characters to Diesel and the crew which are vantablack in comparison.

It was an experience to be sure. Don't start with this book in your adventures into dark romance unless you want to be ruined and use this as a comparison for all dark romances. This is now the bar I measure with...

I do absolutely adore that Diesel calls her "Little Bird" he's a crazy mutherf*cker, but he is very affectionate... (

I disagree with a lot of the reviews. This book had a plot. It just didn't make any sense. The worst part was the dialogue though. It made me physically cringe just about every other page. I would have DNFed it but it was a buddy read. (
