I would read this story to my students from K-4th grade. This is a classical story that I love since I was a little girl. This story has its sad part, but I will focus on the positive points like working hard, being nice to others, be helpful, etcetera. ( )

Another classic story of cinderella eating the poisoned apple and then being saved by true loves kiss from the prince. I think they are good to show kids for historical purposes and to show how times have changed.
