Note: I received a digital review copy of this book from the publisher through NetGalley. I loved this! The mangaka’s dog Inu is so wonderfully dumb and precious, and her cat is so hilariously arrogant and proud (a tsundere for you anime/manga peeps). Neko’s look of disdain at the end of every short makes me laugh. The art style is so cartoony and expressive. I don’t even like cats, but this series warmed my heart. Seriously, it’s defrosting right now from the sheer cuteness and humor of this manga. This manga is fine for all age and non-pet lovers too. It could easily put a smile on anyone’s face. So glad I already got volume 2! no reviews | add a review

"Welcome to the Menagerie! With both a cat and a dog, there's double the antics, double the fun (and double the kibble!) but while Inu and Neko coexist peacefully, they have their own distinct personalities, which play out in unexpected, charming ways during these short-form stories. Whether you're a dog-person or a cat-person, there's plenty to love about these homegrown sketches of daily life shared with four-legged friends!" -- Back cover of volume 1.
