REVIEW: “She hadn’t been sure if she would ever be able to feel, joy, laughter, tenderness, but in his arms, she had felt everything, and it scared the freaking daylights out of her.” Danni and Lars had a bit of history from a previous book in this series but I never felt like it detracted from this story. Danni worked hard to bounce back from victim to strong and independent woman. But she still had trust issues with men and especially with a force of nature like Lars. It was a quick story with a lot happening in a few days’ time. Maybe there was no mystery about how the two of them felt about each other, but it was still a fun, well written diversion. I received this book free from Hidden Gems. I voluntarily review this book and this is my honest review.
