This book is a mix of many stories and songs told from Wales. This book was good because it had some stories that were a little familiar with a different spin on it. Most of the stories and songs however were new for me and very interesting. I wouldn't recommend this book for elementary students just because most of the stories were more dark and the language is hard to understand. There is a glossary in the back for this reason but it's still fairly difficult.

1: I'd read it to students when we looked at cultures
2: It would good to read when talking about what makes a good folk story.
