A very good and comprehensive survey and history of viruses and pandemics. I learned a lot about how viruses infiltrate our bodies and the challenges they pose in what can become a life and death battle for some. Sobering in its scope and what may be coming. The book was compiled just before the Covid 19 vaccine was developed so it does bring back the suspense of that time not long ago.
